On December 13th 2009 the UK’s newest MMA show will hit the city of Norwich, England it what looks set to be an action packed night of action. Bushido Challenge will be launching its debut show at Mercy Night Club, Norwich, England. Some of Europe’s most elite fighters and rising stars will be entering the Bushido Challenge cage in the biggest MMA to take place in the UK over the last few years.

Headlining the card will be a co main event double header which will see Europe’s number 1 ranked Bantamweight Paul McVeigh take on American Top Team fighter Chris Manuel. The co-main bout will see Polish sensation Jan Blachowicz go toe to toe with the Swedish mauler Alexander Gustafsson.

Chris Manuel is a veteran of promotions such as Sengoku and the WEC. This will be his European debut and it doesn’t getting any harder than the human wrecking machine Paul McVeigh. McVeigh will be looking to get the win in order to establish himself as a true contender on the world stage.

Both Jan Blachowicz and Alexander Gustafsson will be competing in the biggest European Light-Heavyweight bout of the year. With both fighters looking to prove that they deserve the title of Europe’s number 1.

The Bushido Challenge Welterweight title will be on the line when Dean Amasinger takes on Yasubey Enomoto. Dean Amasinger is perhaps more famous for his recent appearance on the TV reality show The Ultimate Fighter. Dean will be looking to overcome Switzerland’s rising fighting sensation Yasubey Enomoto. This fight has all the hall marks of fight of the night as they both look to finish the fight early and walk away as the champion!

Highly rated Serbian standout Dragan Tesanovic will be making his UK debut when he takes on Sweden’s rising star Papy Abedi in a Middleweight fight. Dragan Tesanovic was recently featured in an article highlighting Europe’s top MMA rising stars by internet news site Sherdog.com. Dragan will have to bring his A-game as the undefeated Papy Abedi is a serious contender on the European Middleweight division.

Team Titan superstar Ashleigh Grimshaw takes on UFC veteran David Lee in a Featherweight showdown. This is a highly anticipated bout which will decide who is the legitimate Featherweight number 1 fighter in the UK.

Local fighter Danny Cubitt will be entering his toughest fight yet when he squares off against Stockholm Shooter Nicolas Mousake in a Middleweight clash. With both fighters young in their careers they will be looking to leave an impression on the European MMA stage. 

Bushido Challenge  1: War Of The Warriors will feature an undercard of 7 semi-professional MMA bouts which will enable some of Europe’s best up and comers to showcase their talent.
