I still think it's much worse to have fought over a given T-limit then to have not have fought including prior disclosure. While I would totally agree that Marquardt bears the brunt of responsibility for meeting the required levels, this is nothing that should be leveled as disgraceful. If he tried to deceive the commission then absolutely. But you mean to tell me that Thiago Silva and Chael Sonnen are going to continue in the UFC but Nate can't?
