· Cage Warriors 41 Provides Easter Treat With Free Stream
In a rare treat, fans can spend this Easter Sunday with top-notch MMA action courtesy of Cage Warriors Fighting Championship. One of Europe’s premier organizations, Cage Warriors returns to London, England with another loaded card which features twelve exciting professional bouts. Following the success of their last event the CWFC team are once again streaming this event for free, live on CageWarriors.com so fans around the world can soak up the atmosphere inside the famous and historic HMV Forum.
The main event for the evening features Scotland’s Allan "No" Love (7-2-0) of the famous Dinky Ninja Fight Team traveling down from Scotland to take on the Essex based Team Tsunami fighter Jack "The Stone" Mason (14-7-0). Both middleweights, coming off quick wins in local shows, will be looking continue their rise toward the top of the European middleweight rankings.
Following on the success of recent Cage Warriors events, the women take a spot on the marquee. In the co-main event Bellator veteran Aisling "Ais The Bash" Daly (10-1-0), the world number five ranked female 125 pound fighter takes on the imposing German Sheila "Bulldog" Gaff (8-4-1) in a Women's super flyweight bout. Gaff who has previously fought as high at 145 pounds makes her U.K. debut and will look to build on her stunning eight second knockout win over the previously unbeaten Hanna Sillen in February. Daly also looks for her second straight win after defeating the experienced American Molly Helsel at CWFC 39 last November.
Rising star and former CWFC Welterweight Title challenger John Quinn (8-1-0) makes his return to the cage after an 11 month absence. Last time out he lost his perfect record to the current CWFC Champion and now UFC star Pascal "Panzer" Krauss at Cage Warriors 37 last May. Quinn faces the unbeaten UWC British welterweight champion Warren Kee (7-0-0) from Milton Keynes, who like the Scotsman has won all of his pro bouts inside the distance.
Also on the card will be a lightweight clash between the brash Ian "The Whirlwind" Entwistle (3-0-0) and grappler Brad Wheeler (5-4-0). This promises to be an explosive contest between two fighters who have been engaged in a war of words over the internet ever since this bout was first announced.
This event also sees a rare light heavyweight contest take place inside the CWFC cage, as the OMMAC British champion and top 10 U.K. ranked Linton Vassell (6-3-1) takes on the tricky Danish fighter Simon Carlsen (4-2-0). Rounding out the main card is an intriguing clash between undefeated Britain-based Iranian wrestler Ali Arish (11-0-0-1nc) and the Team Hellboy prospect Jack Hermansson (4-0-0).
The card also features a full undercard featuring such notables as: Ashleigh Grimshaw, Adam Edwards, Dave Hill and Dean Reilly. CWFC continues their commitment to support up-and-coming European talent to a worldwide audience on April 24th.
Fans can watch the entire pro card for free on CageWarriors.com at 2 p.m. EST. Meanwhile, viewers on Premier Sports TV (Sky Channel 433 in the U.K.), Setanta Sports 1 (Ireland), Setanta Africa, and The Fight Network (Canada) will be able to watch the action live via their TV screens at 9 p.m.
