As with past UFC events, MMA Spot will be bringing our readers coverage of press conferences, weigh-in events, post-fight press conferences, exclusive video and behind-the-scenes moments leading right up to "UFC 125: Resolution." The event takes place on January 1 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev., and will be broadcast via pay-per-view at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. The main event of the evening features UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar (13-1, 8-1 UFC) against undefeated Gray Maynard (10-0, 8-0 UFC). In addition to the main event, UFC 125 includes an exciting middleweight contest with former WEC light heavyweight champion Brian Stann (9-3, 3-2 UFC) taking on Chris Leben (21-6, 11-5 UFC).

In addition, light heavyweight striking specialists Thiago Silva (14-2, 9-2 UFC) and Brandon Vera (11-5, 7-5 UFC) will both look to bounce back from bad losses and long layoffs, and spark plug lightweights Takanori Gomi (32-6, 1-1 UFC) and Clay Guida (27-11, 7-5 UFC) will aim to separate themselves from the crowd at 155 pounds with an impressive win.

Finally, a stepping stone fight between two welterweights on the verge of title contention will open up the broadcast as Nate Diaz (13-5, 8-3 UFC) strives to extend his two-fight win streak against unbeaten Dong Hyun Kim (13-0-1, 4-0 UFC).
