· Reality Fighting Coming To Mohegan Sun Feb. 26

On February 26, 2011 - Reality Fighting, New England’s longest running MMA promotion, brings an action packed MMA show to Mohegan Sun Casino’s Arena. The card will feature three title fights and a solid undercard. Up for grabs will be the Reality Fighting Welterweight, Middleweight, and Heavyweight titles.
Reality Fighting Welterweight Champion, Tim Pinney, will be defending his title against Brett Oteri of Connor’s MMA. Brett earned the shot with a win in December over Chip Moraza-Pollard. Tim is looking forward to getting back in the cage and defending his title after a lengthy layoff due to injury.
Jeff Nader will be defending his Middleweight title against Team Link’s, Alexandre “Vaca” Moreno. Vaca is a BJJ black belt with a 10-2 record. Nader trains under Pat Schultz and Mike Gresh at Cape Cod Fighting Alliance, and is a rising star in the New England MMA scene. “Scary nickname” and “Vaca” will be a war.
The vacant Heavyweight title will be up for grabs when #1 ranked Heavyweight, Parker Porter (Underdog BJJ) takes on Mike Dexter (Dexter Vale Tudo). Parker has been on a tear of late, adding solid wins to his resume. Dexter, a former Mass Destruction champion, is coming off a solid win over highly-touted Shawn Galano. Both fighters will have a lot of support in the stands and look to follow in the steps of former champion, and now UFC fighter, Christian Morecraft.
The undercard features a solid line up of up and comers. The most anticipated fight on the undercard looks to be the lightweight battle between Team Aggression’s Joe Proctor, and Black Hole Jiu-Jitsu’s Eric Fama. The rest of the undercard currently looks like this (Subject to change):
